Joanna Strauss


Joanna’s began her adventure with Norlha after visiting parts of the Himalayan region typical of those areas where Norlha operates. During her many years of experience with multinationals, such as Unilever and Coca Cola, she has concentrated on developing strategies intended to maximise social impact. She has eagerly seized this new opportunity to bring gender equality and women’s empowerment to the fore as key tools for development in some of the poorest villages in the world.
